Hi, I’m Kristin —a certified life coach, artist, and former Mormon who discovered the power of creativity on the other side of a faith transition.

At 40, I made the life-altering decision to leave Mormonism. It was a journey filled with grief, questions, and ultimately—freedom. In the midst of all the unraveling, I turned to art. Painting, drawing, and creative expression became lifelines, helping me process trauma, reclaim my voice, and reconnect with my inner self.

Now, I help other post-Mormon women do the same—using therapeutic art and life coaching to support healing, empowerment, and self-discovery. Whether you're navigating religious trauma, untangling patriarchy, or simply searching for your next chapter, I’m here to hold space and offer tools that helped me rebuild.

I’m a mom of three, married to my best friend, and obsessed with art, outdoor adventures, and traveling to new places. My work is grounded in compassion, creativity, and a deep belief that when women reconnect with their inner truth, they become powerful beyond measure.

Let’s create something beautiful out of your becoming.

My Methods

I combine life coaching tools with therapeutic art practices to help post-Mormon women reconnect with themselves, process their experiences, and step into their power.

 I use a mix of:

  • Therapeutic Art – Simple art-based exercises to help you gain insight and process emotions. These exercises are designed for anyone.  No art skill required.

  • Thought work & emotional processing – Tools from coaching that help you untangle beliefs, navigate grief, and understand your emotional landscape without judgment.

  • Feminist lens – We look at the systems (hello, patriarchy and high-demand religion) that shaped your story and how to reclaim your agency moving forward.

  • Education & empowerment – A big part of healing is understanding what happened and why. I help women recognize the signs of high-control systems and relationships—so they can spot red flags and protect themselves in the future. We also focus on learning the skills that often get stifled in high-demand religions: critical thinking, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, personal autonomy, and trusting your own inner wisdom.

This work is about rebuilding trust with yourself, piece by piece. It’s about creating a life that’s yours—not one you were told you should want.
